Clifftop Cottages

La Chouette, Le Faucon with the annexe room, and La Petite Grange

These three cottages are in the picturesque parish of Torteval and are close to cliff walks and sandy beaches with views over the fields towards the cliffs.

La Chouette & Le Faucon – these two cottages are large, light and very spacious with each having a double (King-size bed) ensuite and a treble room ensuite.  The open-plan kitchen/diner/lounge is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, electric oven and microwave, and TV. They each have a downstairs cloakroom with a toilet and hand wash basin.

 La Chouette, for those winter months, has a wood burner and Le Faucon, for extended family or guests, can sleep up to 7 people. Its adjoining annexe has a twin room with an ensuite shower.

La Petite Grange – This large cottage sits next door to La Chouette and has a downstairs bathroom with a bath, a separate shower and a hand wash basin. The cottage also includes a large upstairs bedroom with both a king-size and single bed. Downstairs, there is a kitchen/diner which is fully equipped with double doors leading to the lounge.

All three cottages are centrally heated and double-glazed, and have their own patio areas with access to a large lawned garden and BBQ.  Each cottage has plenty of parking. There are 2 utility rooms on site with washing machines, tumble dryers, and washing lines in the garden.

All bed linen, towels (not beach towels), cots, and highchairs are included in the price. Open all year round and available for winter letting.

La Chouette and La Petite Grange are Friday changeover days

Le Faucon with the annexe room changes over on Saturdays.

All three cottages are Visit Guernsey Quality Assured Gold.

In the shoulder months, it is possible to do different change over days.

BACS or cheque payments are accepted.
