Del Mar Court self-catering apartments provide you with all you need for your family summer holiday or your out-of-season quiet break. The apartments surround the heated swimming pool (salt water chlorinated - open during the summer months) with picnic tables and areas for sunbathing.

Del Mar Court apartments are situated in St Martins in a quiet lane above picturesque Fermain Bay, and are only 5 minutes' drive (or bus) from St Peter Port's shops and harbour. The area is also well-connected with bus routes to the other side of the Island. 

A short stroll will find you in St Martins parish centre, where you will find cafes, a bakery, post office, chemist, doctors surgery, hairdresser, and food and clothes shops, as well as a bank and garage. There are also several hotels nearby, offering bar and restaurant meals (5-15 minutes' walking distance).

Del Mar Court is also ideally positioned for walkers, as the coastal cliff path is only a few minutes walk away. This system of pedestrian paths stretch along the spectacular east, south and west coasts of Guernsey and is the best way to see Guernsey at its best. In spring, there are a wide variety of wild flowers for you to see, smell, and enjoy along the way.

The site offers one, two or three bedroom apartments (all 4 star gold) with fully equipped kitchens, bathrooms (some with ensuite showers rooms), lounge/diners with TV and Sky Freesat. For your convenience, all linen and towels provided, and central heating and electric are included.

The site is open all year and has ample parking.
