Glamping at WildGuernsey

WildGuernsey is a secluded glamping site with 3 hidden away bespoke tents (2 yurts and 1 safari tent) each with a private space and kitchen, found by meandering paths amongst mature blackthorn, offering a fairy folk feel to your stay. On the southwest coast, for families, couples, friends, whole site ‘village’ bookings and anyone who wants to sink back a bit and pause. The most peaceful corner of Guernsey and the closest Glamping to nature’s swimming pool, with the sea being a pebbles throw away. Time for a dip before breakfast, or a jump off the slipway at high tide before a 3 minute walk returning via the sunken path to warm up and cook on a fire, or if you prefer, in your fully equipped kitchen. The high vantage point faces west across the seascape taking in the Hanois lighthouse to Lihou Island.

WildGuernsey is a run by Tara and D’Arcy, with their two young sons. They can share knowledge of secluded picnic spots and bays for sacred sea swimming, family adventures, knowledge of wild food, earth education activities, where to buy local to get an authentic experience of Guernsey and the neighbouring Islands. Immerse yourself in fireside camp cooking and crafts under the stars or buzzards above. People keep coming back because they feel that they’ve been ‘somewhere different’, that time slows down and parts of them come alive again.
