There is free access to the sub-tropical wild woodland garden and sculpture trail, free conducted tour of the house and a 9 hole par 3 pitch and putt course which is free after 5pm.
No beach is far away with the nearest at Fermain and Moulin Huet (often painted by Renoir). There are fresh flowers, fresh linen, free electrics and heating, as well as a bottle of wine and other pleasant surprises.
Conveniently nearby are two supermarkets, a wine warehouse, various banks, chemists, doctors' surgery and post office.
