New for 2024, Adrift Sauna is the perfect place to relax and recharge, set on the edge of either Braye Beach or Corblets Beach.
With stunning views of the sea, and crystal clear seas nearby for a cold dip between sets, Adrift's authentic wood-fired sauna provides a wellness experience with a difference. Unwind and recharge all year-round.
What do I need to bring?
Wear your swimwear under your clothing. You will also need two towels (one for sitting on, one for drying), a bottle of water and sandals/flip-flops. Please do not bring any oils or products.
Will there be other people in the sauna?
If you book a seat in an open sauna, you could be sharing with up to four other people. If you would prefer to have the sauna to yourself, please get in touch with Adrift Sauna to book a private session.
Do I need to go in the sea?
The sea offers a brilliant way to cool down between 10-15 minute saunas, but you can also choose to cool down more slowly by simply relaxing outside the sauna and enjoying the coastal view.
