Just a 10 minute drive from St Peter Port, Baie de Port Grat is a sandy sweep close to Rousse Headland in the north of Guernsey. If you’d like to enjoy a day at the beach with slightly more privacy, Baie de Port Grat is the perfect beach for you. It’s also a great place to go for a dip into the inviting waters, or if you’re there at the right time, explore the rockpools that are unveiled at low tide.
If you’re in the mood for a little potter along the headlands, Baie de Port Grat is also located very close to Rousse Tower, a fully restored and accessible loop-holed tower originally built in the 19th century to defend the island against the threat of a French Invasion.
Nearest public toilets are by Rousse Kiosk.
