If you’re heading to Sark, make sure you visit the Caragh chocolate kitchen and tea garden!
Inspired by the quality of the local dairy on the idyllic island of Sark, Caragh first started making chocolate for her family back in 1989.
Over the years, the business has grown to international acclaim and is a proud 'Great Taste' producer, shipping all over the world.
You can visit the family's chocolate kitchen on the side of their farmhouse home (located just before La Coupée), next to their tea garden and small shop. The kitchen is open to the public so you can see where the chocolates are made - and even have a go yourself in one of their chocolate-making workshops (suitable for up to 8 people).
Offering everything from fun chocolate bark creations, to delicious flavoured bars and truffles, every product retains its traditional, local charm.
Orders can also be taken online, at which point your chocolates will begin their journey by horse and carriage down to the harbour, before being sent on the boat, and on their way to you.
