Portinfer is a great surf spot that picks up more swell than Vazon. Located in a secluded cove near to Port Soif, is usually the biggest beach break Guernsey has to offer. It isn’t recommended to go in at low tide or when the tide is on it’s way up as there are sharp rocks to watch out for - the tide is best when it is on it’s way down, and it is often busy on summer days. If you’re a more experienced surfer, Portinfer is where you want to be.
For refreshments and public toilets, take a short walk to neighbouring Port Soif Bay, which has a great kiosk: Surfside at Port Soif.
