Nestled on Guernsey’s breathtaking west coast, Rock Box Sauna offers a Finnish-style sauna experience like no other. Housed in a beautifully converted vintage horsebox and heated by a traditional wood-fired stove, it provides the perfect space to unwind while enjoying uninterrupted sea views through its full-width window.

No matter the weather, the sauna allows you to feel fully connected to the elements, creating a deep sense of relaxation and renewal. Across cultures, saunas have long been a place for restoration and connection and Rock Box Sauna brings this tradition to Guernsey in a truly unique setting.
A community sauna session offers the chance to meet like-minded people in a shared experience, while private bookings provide an exclusive escape with friends or family. Each session lasts 60 minutes and accommodates up to six people.
