Meet Your Hosts: This transformative weekend retreat is hosted by two seasoned professionals dedicated to supporting your wellbeing:
Sonia Mills – An accredited Clinical Psychotherapist, Sonia brings a rich blend of expertise to the retreat. Combining Humanistic Integrative and Family Systems theories with insights into Autism, ADHD, and neuroscience, she specialises in helping individuals to settle their nervous system and find balance. Sonia’s unique approach uses Metaphor to safely navigate and heal trauma, while maintaining a person-centred focus where you lead your journey towards healing and transformation.
Korinne Le Page – A certified coach and teacher with a diploma in counselling, Korinne brings over 30 years of experience in Human Development and is passionate about empowering others to unlock their potential and live their fullest lives. Her nurturing guidance supports clarity, growth, and lasting transformation, helping you reconnect with yourself and embrace a balanced, mindful approach to life.
