The WW2 German Occupation of Sark

This all-day walk takes in many interesting sites on Sark, which was occupied by the Germans from 1940- 1945. We will walk the route of two infamous British commando raids, visit the murder scene of a German officer, look around the area where the German Headquarters were situated, visit the field where an RAF Lancaster crash-landed and other places connected with the Occupation including two tunnels.

Please note that ferry tickets are to be brought separately.

Meeting start point: Meet at 8:00am outside the Sark Shipping Ticket Office, White Rock FOR 8:30am ferry. Return ferry from Sark at 6:00pm.
