Spring Yoga Retreat at Stocks Hotel in Sark
Out of the Darkness, Into the Light from May 16th to 18th, 2025 at the beautiful Stocks Hotel in the heart of Sark. This retreat marks the sixth anniversary of our successful events and promises a rejuvenating experience amidst Sark's enchanting natural beauty.
The weekend is designed to nourish your mind, body, and spirit, offering participants a chance to relax, recharge, and connect with like-minded individuals. Led by Katie Brock, a seasoned yoga instructor with over 25 years of experience, the retreat will feature various activities including Hatha Yoga Flow and Candlelit Guided Meditation/Yoga Nidra. Classes are optional and cater to all skill levels, ensuring an inclusive environment for everyone.
Participants can also enjoy additional activities such as chocolate making with Caragh’s Sark Chocolates, gentle walks in La Seigneurie Gardens, or an evening at the Sark Observatory. Accommodations include two nights at Stocks Hotel with luxurious bedrooms and nourishing meals.
