Winter Open Show - Sunday 27^th October 2024

The Guernsey Kennel Club has now opened up it’s shows to overseas competitors and will be welcoming dogs from the UK to this show!

Venue: The David Ferguson Hall, Beau Sejour Leisure Centre

Judging Starts: 9.30 am   

UK Judges: Ring 1 – Ms M White (Hounds, Working, Gundogs, Terriers)

Ring 2 – Miss L Tarabad (Toys, Pastoral, Utility)

Judging continues throughout the day.

Junior Handling Classes will be judged at 9.00am and the first three places in each age group 6 – 11 years old and 12 – 16, qualify for the Junior Handling Association Semi-Finals in September 2025.                                   

PLEASE NOTE:-

ONLY DOGS ENTERED FOR THE SHOW ARE ALLOWED INTO THE HALL.

Come along and be introduced to the world of showing dogs.

This could be the beginning of a new hobby.  Meet the friendly people and their beautiful dogs all at their very best.  It is an opportunity to see different dogs, ask the owners questions about their specific breed of dog.  Find out what is involved in owning their chosen breed and how to prepare them for showing.
