Located on the ground floor of a former Coach House in Hotel de Havelet, Copenhagen Restaurant enjoys fine views of St. Peter Port, Castle Cornet and Havelet Bay and serves breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, light bites and dinner seven days a week.
The bar is open from 10.30am until 12.45am for drinks, cocktails and coffees. The name Copenhagen derives from the favourite horse of the first Duke of Wellington, Arthur Wellesley. This brave, chestnut stallion was ridden by the Duke during his greatest victory, the Battle of Waterloo in 1815.
The new Bar and Grill still has many nods to its equestrian past. There is also a Scandinavian feel to the interiors which is also reflected with some of the menu offerings.
This St. Peter Port Guernsey restaurant offers a wide range of dining options including a set lunch and dinner menu as well as an à la carte selection including delicious fresh local fish and seafood.
Accessibility: Recognised by AccessAble Guernsey as an establishment with step free or ramped access to enter the building, an accessible toilet onsite and accessible parking or drop off close by. See AccessAble Information here.
