Cooking the ingredients over coal, or simply serving them raw highlights the natural flavour. This striped back approach allows the ingredients to be the focus of the meal.

The seasonality of the produce requires the menu to be ever evolving, keeping both diners and chefs engaged in the plates we serve. We have opted for a social style of dining, encouraging guests to order a variety of plates to share with the table.

This fresh approach to Guernsey dining requires an equally creative cocktail list. Keeping to the ethos of the food, we have curated a cocktail menu that focuses on classics, aperitivo and amaro style drinks. Light and refreshing drinks to kick off, accompany and finish your visit.

Our wine list has been built over the past decade. We work closely with our local merchants and specialist suppliers in the UK to bring you a unique, varied and immersive wine list that offers fantastic pairings with our cuisine as well an exceptional fine wine list for the connoisseur.
