Our meat is dry aged in house between 28 – 90 days & cooked over coal at 400 degrees on our enclosed Josper Grill, producing an un- matched char & flavour. For non-meat eaters we always strive to offer a selection of seasonal, local seafood & fresh produce.
Our Cocktail Bar, located above the restaurant, serves not only an array of spirits from across the globe, but our bespoke Cocktail Menu built & produced by our talented Bar Team. Take a seat on a banquette or a table on the balcony to enjoy one of the best views of St. Peter Port on the island.
We have two Private Dining spaces available; The Wine Cellar, surrounded by 300 year old caves & the finest wine from around the world. This space seats up to 12 guests for an exclusive & unique dining experience. Alternatively we have our Cocktail Bar Dining available for a sit down lunch with a view for up to 12 guests. For evenings the Bar can accommodate up to 60 guests for drinks & canapés.
