Offering a du jour menu of sumptuous farm-to-table dishes, here you can expect contemporary dining with a wholesome and traditional twist. Our menu is seasonal so you can be assured that every dish is lovingly made with the freshest ingredients.

When it comes to using fresh ingredients in the kitchen, it doesn’t get better than growing your own. Tended to by our kitchen gardener, our kitchen garden is the source of much of the locally-grown produce used in our dishes. Driven by seasonality, the daily-changing menu is designed to showcase fantastic flavours inspired by Alderney.
