About Old Government House Hotel

Considered Guernsey’s most historic hotel, the Old Government House Hotel & Spa was built in the early 1700s for a local merchant and later became the official Governor’s residence.

Sitting just above the hub of the charming St Peter Port with its cobbled streets, restaurants, shops and museums, the Old Government House offers lovely views out over the harbour, and the quayside itself is only a five minute stroll away.

The hotel boasts a luxurious spa, fully-equipped gym and heated outdoor swimming pool.

As the island’s only 5 star hotel, it is renowned for its exceptional food, service and hospitality.
