About Le Pommier

The hotel’s stylish and airy bar and restaurant has a strong local accent, serving dishes that showcase bold flavours, local produce and seasonal ingredients. The Lobby Bar is popular with locals and guests alike and in addition to the usual favourites has an excellent and creative cocktail menu.

Whenever the weather permits, al fresco dining is available on the terrace. A heated outdoor pool is also available in the warmer months.

Things to see and do

The landscape of Guernsey is surprisingly varied for its size and there’s plenty to see and do around the island, from beautiful beaches, cliffside walks and country rambles, to historic buildings and museums like the German Occupation Museum, Castle Cornet or Hauteville House, the historic home of Victor Hugo.

The lovely beach at Cobo Bay is within easy walking distance, as is Saumarez Park and the Guernsey Folk and Costume Museum.

Le Pommier’s location at the heart of the island also makes it a great base to explore further afield. There is a bus stop just around the corner from the hotel, and a 15-minute bus ride will take you right to the harbour in charming St Peter Port, Guernsey’s capital, with its cobbled streets, restaurants, shops and museums.
