For online Christmas and festive overnight bookings please be aware that full pre-payment is required at the time of booking on the website, however in the event of cancellation by 12 noon on 30 November 2024, a refund of 75% of the prepayment total will be given.

For Christmas and festive overnight bookings made via phone, a non-refundable deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking, and then remaining balance is required by no later than 1 December 2024. No cancellations, changes or refunds are allowed.
