Ladies Bay

Ladies Bay is a family friendly beach on the north-east corner of Guernsey. Situated on the edge of L’Ancresse Common, Ladies Bay is popular with families, windsurfers and kitesurfers. Despite the name, all are welcome at this sandy bay!

The Guernsey Sailing Trust run windsurfing courses here during the summer for Beginners, Improvers, and Intermediates. The sport can be learnt from the age of 7 years old, and once you have the technique down it becomes effortless and thoroughly enjoyable.

There is good parking and lunch and evening meals are served nearby at Roc Salt. There is also a kiosk with public toilets at the top of the slipway onto the beach.
